The client agrees to have read and understood the terms and conditions by commissioning Waku-chan.

The client accepts and understands that an advance of 50% of the total must be paid before the model or rig progresses.

Payment is made by an invoice of PayPal, or using Payooner

In case of not delivering the model next to the agreed date, an explanation will be given as to why; The client is then entitled to demand a refund that will not exceed 70% of the advance payment if the model was about to be finished in a state of art or final state of rig.

In case I can not finish a comm (for health or any reason) a full refund will be offered to the customer.

I reserve the right to deny any commission requests for any reason.

I do not provide refunds after a piece is finished and delivered or approved.

There is no estimated maximum time for raffle models, or free remodels.

I do not sell or deliver the Live2D or Spine editable animation file.

In Art+rig; I deliver the .PSD in case the client requests it, its function will only be for renders of the model, and editions for entertainment, but the re-rig is prohibited.
